Here is the final ratio for every city interested in EHBPC 2010.
We have received 93 pre-subsriptions from 30 cities for “olny” 48 slots.
So..
There is enough space for 48 teams.
1) Each of the thirty cities that pre-registered gets one team
2) Each city that requested 3 or more spots gets 2 spots.
